About every 16th baby will now have a chance to have Hidden Power FIGHTING with base power at least 65, if the Defense IV is an even number. The HP IV and the Attack IV can be any number you want.

This means that the highest IVs you can have for Hidden Power FIGHTING are 31/31/30/30/30/30.
